Notice is hereby given for the 8th AGM of the Association of Fellow
Gynaecologists to be held on the 15th of December 2007 at Privilege Inn,
Prestige Banquet Hall, Near Inorbit, Link Road, between 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm to
discuss the following agenda.
1) Condolences if any.
2) To read and confirm the minutes of the 7th AGM held on the 1 st of October
2006 at the Goregaon Sports Club.
3) Business arising out of the minutes.
4) To read and approve the accounts of the Association for the year 2006-2007.
5) To appoint the auditors for the year 2007- 2008
6) To elect the new Managing committee for the year 2007- 2008
7) Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
In the absence of quorum the meeting will be adjourned and reconvened at the
same venue at 7.30pm and the meeting will be continued even in the absence of
quorum.
PROGRAMME DETAILS
7.00 to 8.00 pm : AGM
8.00 to 8.30 pm : Elections if any
8.30 to 9.00 pm : Talk on leadership by Dr. S. N. Agrawal
9.00 onwards: Get- together and dinner
Note: Attendance for AGM is free Registration fee for Get-together and dinner is
Rs. 250/-

The managing committee is pleased to appoint Dr Kartik Bhagat as the returning officer. The completed nomination forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the association's office on or before 3pm of 6th of December 2007. The nominations will be opened for scrutiny by the returning officer on the 7th of December 2007 at 4pm. The last date for the withdrawal of nominations is 5pm of 8th of December 2007. Elections if any will be held on the 15th of December 2007 between 8.00 pm - 8.30 pm.
